With our state of the art, cloud based service, home owners are able to view the status of their properties in real time – their property calendar, rental income, property management expenses and track property maintenance and cleanings. We provide complete transparency for home owners, something that we, as Cabo home owners ourselves, found essential in tracking our vacation property’s financial performance.

Building on our previous experience, we’ve set out to create a service that answers the needs for every home owner in Cabo. We are NOT a property management company in the traditional sense, we are an integrated, on line reservations/property management service. Home owners can use our system AND the property management company of their choice OR choose from one of our property management partners.

Cabo Reservations puts the home owner in full control of their vacation property. Set your own blackout dates on your calendar, make your own bookings, allow third party and/or on-line bookings from this web site, do your own property management or provide a local property management company restricted access to your property’s on line management interface. These choices are yours – you can be as involved as you want or as little as you want – you are in the drivers seat!

Sounds great … But how much does this cost?

We provide you with your own private and secure account for FREE in exchange for our ability to make bookings and earn commissions on your rental property. We charge 20% commission for our bookings which includes all transaction fees, third party booking commissions, cost of funds transfer, support requests, account management and maintenance. Our commission also includes global distribution and marketing of your property via automatic two-way property synchronization and booking with many major OTAs (HomeAway, AirBnB, Booking.com, VRBO, FlipKey, etc.). No more manually updating multiple calendars!

You, the home owner, can blackout your dates, make your own bookings and enjoy the financial control of using our system for FREE.

Can you provide on site property management for my vacation rental property?

Cabo Reservations acts as a reservation company on behalf of Cabo home owners. We do not provide on site property management services in the traditional sense, instead we provide an on line property management service. In using our service to manage your vacation property you are more than welcome to use any property management company in Cabo or provide your own management services.

We already have a Property Manager for our property in Cabo. Why would we use your system?

For many reasons. The primary reason is the transparency that we offer to our Property Owners. You can view all of your property’s details on line – your calendar, your revenues, your expenses, work orders and cleaning schedule – IN REAL TIME!. Also, our full featured service is free, we only charge you commission for when we rent your property. Tell your property manager that we offer our services at no cost to all property managers in the Los Cabos area.

We have our own separate web site for our property. Would we be able to use the Cabo Reservations property calendar in our own web site?

We fully support Property Owners that have their own web sites. Our property calendars and booking forms can be integrated into your web site and will show the latest booking information. Home Owners have real time access to all CaboRez rental property calendars and reservations screens and are able to earn commission for booking properties other than their own

Distribution of reservation net revenues and applicable gross taxes collected are deposited directly to your Home Owner PayPal account.

Use the Property Management company of your choice, use one of our Property Manager partners or do your own property management.
